Well, Erica and I are now proud owners of a house. It is very cool and has a lot more space for our quickly growing family. My Dad and I were up there this past weekend painting the baby's new room and fixing some mortar on the outside wall that was damaged. Also we moved everything from the storage unit to the garage with the help of Dan which made things go a lot quicker and was a great help to me. Dan also was able to get the utilities set up for us which is nice because this coming weekend I'll be doing more work in side the house to help get things situated and ready for Erica and baby Jordan.
